{Review} Plainfield Boudoir Photography

The Knot
Overly satisfied!!!

For the longest time, I have been wanting to do a Boudoir shoot for my fiance, whether it was a Christmas gift, Valentine's Day, etc. When I came across Jenny's ad on the back of the Wedding Chicago catalog, I decided to check her out. Greatest thing I did! Some places, it's meeting a random stranger at their house or renting a hotel room. Jenny has her own business location and you come to her. I was lucky enough to meet her prior to my shoot at a Bridal Trends expo she had at her business. I INSTANTLY felt comfortable! I even encouraged a friend to sign up to do a shoot that night as well.

Two weeks after was my shoot. I was greeted by Dimitra, my hair and make up stylist for the day. I was extremely nervous that day. Dimitra was extremely pleasant and professional. She asked me about what kind of look I usually aware. I am, if I'm lucky enough to have even time for that, a mascara and chapstick kind of girl! I told her I was her canvas and to feel free to do what she sees fit. I am BEYOND glad she did. When I looked in the mirror, I was dumb founded! I say I am pretty confident (with clothes on) but that just boosted my self esteem. A HUGE THANK YOU to Dimitra!!!

Next, I went to get ready in my 1st outfit, had a wardrobe malfunction, nervous feelings came soaring back but Jenny soothed them over and helped me overcome my flustered emotions. By the 2nd outfit, my confidence was back in full swing. I was sad that the hour went by so fast! It was an amazing experience I will not forget! Jenny emailed me the following week saying my gallery was ready. I was speechless!!! I was extremely satisfied with how the pictures came out and struggled to pick which ones I wanted. I can't wait to give my fiance his "just because" present. I can guarantee that my next session for his groom's gift and many more after that will definitely be the bigger package!! TRUST ME!! You won't be disappointed!!! Thank you, Jenny!!
